Wim Hof Method Fundamentals

During the WHM Fundamentals Workshop, participants will learn about the background and the principles of the Wim Hof Method. The emphasis of this training is to provide a basic understanding of the breathing exercises, mindset/focus techniques and experience gradual cold exposure. Additional topics covered include, breathing mechanics, tissue mobilization, and the latest science and theory of the WHM.


1ON1 Wim Hof Method Fundamentals 

1ON1 WHM Fundamentals follows the same format as the WHM Fundamentals curriculum in a private or small private group setting. 


5 Week Group Course - WHM Base Camp Training

The Group Course is designed for people who want to develop a consistent practice, as well as gain a deeper understanding of the Method. The Course is suitable for all levels of experience. The curriculum consists of weekly classes lead by Certified WHM Instructor, Samuel Whiting, in addition to a weekly workbook to implement the tools and exercises in a home practice throughout the 5-week training. The classes will cover the following topics:


  • Theory of the WHM
  • Breathing techniques
  • Cold Exposure
  • Yoga/Physical exercises
  • Mindset/Focus techniques


The level of the classes will build up in such a way that at the end of the course, you will have sufficient knowledge and tools to maintain your practice by yourself. 


1ON1 Coaching / Mentorship

This specialized program is for all backgrounds and experience including, athletes, yoga instructors, business managers, coaches, and individuals committed to growth, learning and potential. Experience the universal tools and practices that optimize and influence your state to find balance and purpose and build inner confidence. Throughout this five-week program, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself through:
