The program kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method and leads into breathing sessions, breathing mechanics exercises, some light science & theory, fun group work and an (optional) ice bath. Throughout the program there is time for reflection, discussion, and ample room for questions to be answered, and answers to be questioned. 

During this session you will practice and learn:

-How breathing exercises can improve your energy levels, detoxify your system and relieve anxiety, stress and tension

-Proper breathing mechanics and protocols that increase awareness, mobility, and calibrate your nervous system

-How cold-water immersion in the form of an ice bath can boost metabolism, shift your relationship to stress, and build mental fortitude

About Sam

Sam is a great leader and is on a mission to empower people to be the strongest, happiest and healthiest version of themselves in all areas of their personal and professional life.

He coaches his clients through simple, accessible practices that have a great impact in developing the power of the mind, the nervous system and underlying physiology.

Sam comes from a background in alpine ski racing and has trained and competed around the world. During his career he constantly struggled with anxiety, illness and burn out.

With over a decade of elite training experience, he now shares lifestyle empowerment tools to help others discover laser focus, inner confidence and build a fortified mind and body. He has worked with some of the most revered teachers, coaches, and scientists in the world including Baron Baptiste, Wim Hof and Dr. Andrew Huberman of Stanford University Department of Neurobiology.

 His theory, “backed by science and tested in nature” is the golden thread through all of his teachings.
