Why I built it
Science, soul, Sam
I have spent my life in the practice: breath, cold, heat, movement, the people around me. Teaching it showed me how much is possible when someone simply shows up. It also showed me where the practice runs out of room, and how many people want to go further with someone they trust.
So I helped build Lumati, and today I serve as its Chief Strategy Officer. It is the place I wanted to send the people I teach, and the place I go myself.
