No. The weekend is designed for all levels of experience, and the ice bath is optional. You choose how far to go.
Can you run a workshop for my team or group?
Yes. I lead breathwork workshops and stress resilience programs for companies, teams and groups, and I offer one-to-one mentoring. Tell me a little about your group on the contact page and we'll find the right fit.
Can I practice between programs?
Yes. The Practice brings guided breath, cold and deep rest sessions to the podcast app you already use, and the library has free guided sessions to start with.
